IOC auto gas outlet in Kottayam

Indian Oil Corporation will be launching auto gas at Kottayam on Saturday. The auto LPG dispensing station (ALDS), developed at the existing IOC bunk at Kodimatha, is IOC's third gas station in the State. The first ALDS of the IOC commenced operation at Pallichal on NH-47 near Thiruvananthapuram in March last year and Edappally is the second ALDS of the company in the State. Work is in progress at 18 more sites for the development of ALDS in the State, Mr Soman Mathews, Chief Divisional Retail Sales Manager said. IOC has invested nearly Rs 55 lakh in setting up this auto LPG facility with the LPG dispensing unit imported from Australia, he said.
