BPL to raise authorised captial

Bangalore, March 31

BPL Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today that it would be increasing its authorised capital to Rs 250 crore. At its extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday, the company approved the increase through issuance of preferential issue. The details of the issue will be determined by the board of directors or a committee of the board.
