GOING TO THE VOTERS: Polling officials getting on a boat with the electronic voting machines on Sunday at Kolongpaar, 53 km from Guwahati city. The EVMs are taken to Barbeela polling station under 52 Dispur constituency where the total number of voters is 1,285. Voting for the first phase of Assam State Assembly in 65 constituencies will start from Monday.
