New Delhi , April 3 Several West African countries are exploring possible areas where the Indian Railways could help in the development of railway infrastructure in the region. In fact, a high-level delegation of Economic Community of West African States (Ecowas), which is a body representing about 15 countries, would be discussing possibilities for India's participation in the implementation of projects under the regional railway master plan.
