MVL to launch IT park in Gurgaon

New Delhi, April 5

MVL, the real estate division of consumer electronics company Media Video Ltd, is launching a Rs 200-crore IT park project called `Softech Village' in Gurgaon. Softech Village project will offer about four lakh square feet of space to IT and ITES firms and will be completed in 24 months, a release said. The Softech Village is expected to add about Rs 40-50 crore to MVL's bottomline in the next two years, the release added.
