Infotech expands in Bangalore

Bangalore , April 5

Infotech Enterprises Ltd, engineering design, geospatial and IT service provider, today announced the expansion of its development facility in Bangalore. Mr Danny Di Perna, Vice-President Operations - Pratt & Whitney Canada, inaugurated the new facility.

The facility located on Hosur Main Road would have a 50,000 sq. ft. space, which would help Infotech double its capacity to 450 associates. The new facility will host the Pratt & Whitney US team, Pratt & Whitney Canada team and the Avionics development team. Additionally, Infotech will recruit 120-150 aerospace engineers and supply chain specialists supporting the operations group of Pratt Canada in material planning and procurement. The scope of work in the new facility will include aero engine support, after market commercial and engineering services providing support to Pratt & Whitney, Canada service centres.
