Business process outsourcing provider ICICI OneSource has appointed Mr Rajesh Subramaniam as Chief Financial Officer of the company.

"Mr Subramaniam has been Head, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at ICICI OneSource since inception. He has been responsible for piloting the acquisitions of CustomerAsset (2002) and FirstRing (2003), Pipal Research and Account Solutions Group (ASG) (both in 2004) and RevIT Systems (2005)," a company release said here.

Mr Rahul Basu, erstwhile CFO, would move to head the company's collections business, ASG, headquartered in New York, the release added.
