Teledata Info picks 80% stake in I-Max

Chennai , April 6

The Chennai-based Teledata Informatics Ltd has acquired an 80 per cent stake in the London-based I-Max Networks, provider of telecommunication carrier service.

I-Max is a distributor of products in the areas of voice over the Internet Protocol and broadband wireless.

A Teledata official, declining to give a value of the acquisition, said last year I-Max had a turnover of about Rs 2.2 crore.
