TT Forex to open 21 new offices

Bangalore , April 7.

TT Enterprises, a member of the TTK Group, has re-entered the retail foreign exchange business after having exited from it about five years ago. It plans to expand its network of offices in the next six months to a total of 30 from the current 19.

TT Forex, a division of TT Enterprises, had been granted RBI licence last year and it relaunched its business in June 2005.

The company had sold the forex business to Tata Finance in 1999. Tata Finance itself has since exited the business.

TT Forex would be opening 21 new offices in the next six months, said Mr T. T. Jagannathan, Chairman of TTK Group.

Apart from forex transactions, the company willwould also be providing services in overseas mediclaim policy, travel and relocation support service and refund of lost travellers cheques for American Express.
