Fidelity buys HCL Info shares

New Delhi, April 10

Fidelity International has said that funds under the management of FMR Corp and its subsidiaries and Fidelity International Ltd and subsidiaries have acquired 5,17,576 shares aggregating to 0.31 per cent of the total share capital of HCL Infosystems, last week. In a notice to the NSE, the company informed that the mode of acquisition was open market and the shareholding of funds (under the management of FMR Corp and Fidelity International) after the acquisition stood at 87,32,426 shares. This aggregated to 5.18 per cent of the total share capital of HCL Infosystems.
