Oriental Bank raises Rs 500 cr

New Delhi , April 10

Oriental Bank of Commerce has raised Rs 500 crore as Tier-II capital by way of bond issue on private placement basis.

This includes the greenshoe option of Rs 250 crore as per the structure of the issue. The issue was fully subscribed on the first day itself. Therefore, the bank has closed the issue on April 10, prior to the date of closure fixed for April 17.
