ICSA allots equity shares

Hyderabad, April 10

ICSA India Ltd has informed BSE that the company today allotted 6,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up, on conversion of Fully Convertible Warrants. Out of this, 4,00,000 equity shares were allotted to Sonata Investments Ltd, Mumbai, and 2,00,000 to Lloyd George Investment Management (Bermuda) Ltd A/c of LG Plus Asian Ltd aggregating 6,00,000.
