The company is expected to turn profitable in the first year of operations itself and is looking at the possibility of tapping the capital market with an initial public offering in the next few months. While not divulging the IPO plans, Mr Gupta said the company plans to invest Rs 35 crore in phases in the next few years. Last year an investment of Rs 9-10 crore has been made by the parent company, the Cogent Group, which has diverse interests in the hospitality, real estate and communications sectors.
