Landmark Holdings to invest in Vipul's SEZ

New Delhi , April 12

Landmark Holdings of the Dalmia Group, along with its international affiliate Banyan Real Estate has decided to pick up 16.5 per cent stake in the Rs 1200 crore Special Economic Zone (SEZ) project of Vipul, in Gurgaon.

Vipul's SEZ project aims to cater to the fast growing IT and BPO industry. The project has already received an in-principle clearance from the Ministry of Commerce, a company release said here.

Landmark Holdings has invested in more than ten projects in the past three years, most of them have been townships and housing projects. The company is now looking at diversifying into commercial projects, it added.
