DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd (DSCL) has announced the launch of a complete range of environment-friendly UPVC (unpasticised poly vinyl chloride) windows and door systems under its Fenesta Building Systems business division for the emerging real estate sector in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Fenesta is specialising in the design, manufacture, installation and service of precision-engineered, made-to-order UPVC window and door systems. Headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, Fenesta has marketing and service presence in the National Capital Region, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune. Its extrusion plant in Kota and fabrication units in Bhiwadi, Mumbai and Bangalore are equipped with modern machines and tools. Aimed at catering to the needs of Hyderabad market, the company has set up a new Fenesta fabrication unit in the city outskirts, the DSCL Deputy Managing Director, Mr Rajiv Sinha, told newspersons here on Wednesday. He was here to announce the launch of their Hyderabad operations. In addition to its strategy of setting up of fabrication shops locally for the market, the company has also set up a design studio to design and develop products suitable for local market requirements. "With the real estate market in the Hyderabad region witnessing a rapid growth, we see a huge opportunity for our Fenesta Building Systems that offers customers in the region a world-class product and delivery system," Mr Sinha said.
