Precious metals recover

Mumbai , April 14

Precious metals recovered some ground on the local bullion market on Friday on local buying interest amid reduced offerings.

Silver (.999 fineness) was up Rs 335 at Rs 19,320 per kg over previous close. Pure gold prices were up Rs 55 at Rs 8,875 per 10 gm. Standard mint prices were up Rs 55 at Rs 8,830 per 10 gm.

Kolkata: Silver ready: Rs 18,900; Gold ready: Rs 8,990.
