Gold & Silver Silver rises sharply Our Bureau
Mumbai , April 15 Precious metals moved up further on the local bullion market on Saturday on continued local buying. Silver (.999 fineness) was up Rs 570 at Rs 19,890 per kg over previous close. Pure gold prices were up Rs 30 at Rs 8,905 per 10 gm. Standard mint prices were up Rs 25 at Rs 8,855 per 10 gm. Chennai: Bar silver: Rs 19,730; retail silver (per gm): Rs 21.10; Standard gold: Rs 8,995; retail ornament gold (22 carat per gm): Rs 833.
