CDR talk boosts UB Engg

UB Engineering hit the five per cent upper circuit on Wednesday on the buzz that the company was in the final stages of CDR (corporate debt restructuring) package.

Dealers said the Pune-based company's shares were also being accumulated ahead of the announcement of the CDR package. The stock touched Rs 60 on the BSE, compared to the previous close of Rs 57.15. The stock has gained by over 70 per cent in the last one-month period.
