New Delhi, April 19

Tata Consultancy Services today said it is looking at more delivery facilities in Eastern Europe, to tap the growing opportunities in the European market.

"We are looking at more locations in Eastern Europe and expansion of the existing centre in Hungary. But we not have a specific timeframe for it," Chief Financial Officer of TCS, Mr S Mahalingam said.

Europe is one of the high growth markets for the company. Its revenues from the region grew 50 per cent year-on-year in 2005-06. Apart from Europe, the company is expecting high growth from Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

TCS expects its new subsidiary in China, set up in collaboration with Microsoft and Chinese Government entities, to be up and running in next few months. For 2006-07, the company would make a provision of upwards of Rs 1,000 crore on capital expenditure, he said.
