Kewal Kiran gains on fund buying

Fund buying drove recently listed Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd's share price up 4.66 per cent on Friday, dealers said. Foreign fund Goldman Sachs had bought one lakh shares at Rs 305.09 on Thursday.

More buying came in on Friday, they said.

On the BSE, the share price closed at Rs 320.90, after touching a day's high of Rs 331.50.

On the NSE, the shares rose by 4.43 per cent (or Rs 13.60) to Rs 320.45, compared with Thursday's close of Rs 306.85. Over 33 lakh shares were traded on the exchanges.
