Claims on customer satisfaction

Birla Sun Life Insurance has achieved a score of 97 per cent in its customer satisfaction survey. According to a press release, the overall customer satisfaction scores of Birla Sun Life Insurance have shown a continuous upward trend from 93 per cent in year 2002 to 97 per cent in year 2005. Mr.Nani Javeri, CEO, Birla Sun Life Insurance, said, "With intense competition and customers becoming more discerning, a customer satisfaction survey becomes absolutely imperative. Interestingly, the improvement in scores comes significantly from the post sales advisor interactions."
