Hyderabad, April 23

The Hyderabad chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is organising a three-day training programme for independent directors with a view to sharpen the skills of its members in particular and other aspirants to the boardroom in general.Addressing newspersons here on Saturday, the ICAI Hyderabad chapter Chairman, Ms Surabhi Aparna, said the institute is planning to conduct a series of such training programmes for independent directors. The first such programme for the current fiscal is being held from April 22 to 24.
