Draft Postal Bill

This is with reference to the editorial "Picking the postal bill, (Business Line, April 25): It is one thing to say that the Postal Department is being protected. But can they make the courier companies operate in remote rural places? It is only the good old Post-Office that will operate from such unviable places. So what is wrong in giving protection?
