Rajshree Sugars board meet on May 3

Coimbatore, April 25

Rajshree Sugars and Chemicals Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board would meet on May 3 to consider a proposal for raising additional long term resources by way of equity or equity related securities to meet the company's financial requirement for growth and acquisition. Company sources told Business Line that the said proposal to raise additional resources was being contemplated to meet the requirements of the company over the next year or two.
