Kamadhenu Ispat ties up with Hyderabad Co

Kamadhenu Ispat Ltd (KIL), a leading manufacturer of reinforced steel bars has tied up with Binju Metals & Alloys Industries Ltd, Hyderabad to manufacture its branded products.

The move is to expand and strengthen the market in the Southern region for the company with the support of the regional player, according to Mr Satish Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of KIL.

Initially, the production from Binju Metals would cater to the AP market. The unit has its own raw material processing plant. A new, high capacity steel bars production facility has been incorporated.

The present monthly production capacity is 5,000 tonnes. The target set for the unit in the next few years is 10,000 tonnes per month.

Mr Prabhu Dayal Kedia, Chairman of Binju Metals said the arrangement would help the company serve its customer more competently, a press release from the company said.

After this tie-up Kamadhenu Ispat will have four franchisee units in South India.
