Diversified Corporate - Bonus Announcements Alps Ind Q4 net up 51pc Our Bureau
New Delhi, May 1 Alps Industries Ltd has reported a 51 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 8.01 crore for the fourth quarter of last fiscal, up from Rs 5.32 crore during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. Income from operations was up 69 per cent at Rs 84.58 crore (Rs 50.05 crore) , a company release said here. The company recorded a 73 per cent jump in the consolidated net profit at Rs 24.46 crore while income from operations was up 46 per cent at Rs 263.03 crore during the last fiscal. The company has also announced a 1:1 bonus issue, the release said.
