Ceat rises on realty talk

Property play was the main driver at the counter of Ceat Ltd, with the stock witnessing an upside of almost 20 per cent to end the day at Rs 100.65 on the BSE. There is talk that the company is looking to dispose of 57-58 acres of land between Bhandup and Mulund. The sale is expected to render the company debt free.Week on week, the counter has appreciated by almost 50 per cent.
