Opinion - Letters

Negative forces

India has been developing rapidly especially in the last one decade in spite of the very high levels of corruption, illiteracy, criminalisation of politics and population explosion and very low levels of human development index, accountability and discipline.

The credit should go to the dedicated professionals and patriots from all walks of life. But for the corrupt bureaucrats and criminal politicians, India would have become a developed nation at least a decade ago. If on top of all this, reservation is allowed in top educational institutions and the private sector, India may remain a developing nation for another hundred years or more.
