The market buzz on Thursday was that JK Investo Trade signed a land development deal with Shapoorji Pallonji for a big plot of land at Thane. The counter finished with a gain of 5 per cent on a falling market at Rs 133, with a traded quantity of around a lakh of shares (more than double the 2-week average) on the BSE.
