The Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) has conferred fellowship on Mr Subir Raha, Chairman and Managing Director of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC). The fellowship scroll and a silver trophy was handed over by the Minister of State for Human Resource Development (HRD), Ms D. Purandeswari, during ISTD's annual convocation held at New Delhi, on Saturday. ISTD Fellowships are awarded to eminent scholars, corporate leaders and distinguished professionals who have earned laurels for their commitment to human resource development. They are chosen by a jury comprising prominent personalities from the academic and corporate world, a company statement said.
