Kochi , May 14 The stock and commodity broking company, Investnet, has opened a customer facilitation centre at the Cosmopolitan Club, Thiruvananthapuram. "The facilitation centre is a new initiative for club members, offering end-to-end customer service for all their investment related requirements," Mr Prince George, Chairman and CEO, Investnet, said. "Instead of the customer coming to us with his investment needs, we like to go to the customer and service him at a place most convenient and comfortable for him."
Real time rates
The centre will offer real time stock and commodity market rates, latest market information, total investment consultancy and end-to-end customer assistance for buying and selling stocks, commodity futures, mutual funds etc. It will also help the customer to participate in the stock and commodity markets through the Internet trading platform. "Many of our club members actively participate in the capital markets. We hope that the centre will be very useful for them to easily access the services of a leading service provider in the investment space," said Dr. Scaria Chakkalackal, President, Cosmopolitan Club, said. The customer facilitation centre is one of the many innovative initiatives of Investnet aiming at reaching out to the public for popularisation and inculcation of investment culture. "We are planning to open similar centres at other places like business centres, software parks, banks, public places etc.," Mr George said.
