Cellular service provider Hutch in collaboration with international technology group Sagem has launched a new offer in Kerala, which promises a handset with Hutch connection for just Rs 1,399. The new offer would provide consumers a fully loaded Sagem handset along with a Hutch connection, Mr R. Suresh Kumar, Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, Kerala, said in a press release here. The offer will be available both on pre-paid and post-paid connections, he said. The handset is packed with advanced features and has a slim design besides being user-friendly, he said adding the handset comes with a one-year guarantee. He said India has emerged as the second important market after China for mobile phone handsets.
