Stocks Columns - Ear to the ground Deeptha Rajkumar
Brokers said steady institutional interest had been propping up the stock. Given its low float, any sustained interest could trigger a sharp upswing. Analysts attribute market interest to anticipation of positive news from the company regarding its US business. Touting it as a value pick, an analyst said that the company could see revenues increase two-and-a-half times by fiscal 2008. The stock ended at Rs 64.55, losing ground by 0.69 per cent on the BSE. A total of 3.13 lakh shares were traded.
