Airtel launches new service in Delhi

New Delhi, May 16

Mobile service provider Airtel today announced the launch of `Save My Phone Contact' service for its pre-paid and post-paid customers in Delhi. The new service allows customers to store and retrieve their important contacts anytime, anywhere through a SMS. "The service will give Airtel mobile users in Delhi the security to retrieve their phone book even when they lose or damage their handset or SIM card, or even when they have utilised the memory space in the phone book," a statement said here. The company would charge a monthly rental of Rs 30 for the service.
