New Delhi , May 16

The Association of Scientific and Technical Officers (ASTO) of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has demanded that the Government make public the report by independent enquiry committee on the Bombay High North (BHN) platform fire accident at Mumbai offshore.

ASTO, which began its second phase of the direct action programme by 24,000 officers of ONGC on Monday, while appealing to the ONGC management and the Government to solve their grievances, also demanded that the enquiry report of Mr T. N. R. Rao be made public.

The association has written to the Petroleum Minister, Mr Murli Deora, on the same.
