Bajaj Hindusthan unit in Brazil

Mumbai, May 17

Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that it has initiated the process of setting up a subsidiary in Brazil. The board of directors has approved the setting up this subsidiary. Shares of the company ended higher by Rs 18.05 at Rs 495.35 in Wednesday's trade on BSE.
