HIL commissions asbestos plant in UP

New Delhi, May 18

Hyderabad Industries Ltd (HIL) has commissioned a new asbestos manufacturing plant in Satharia in Uttar Pradesh. Set up at a cost of Rs 30 crore, the plant would incorporate the company's production technology and computer-controlled manufacturing to ensure consistent quality of the products, a company release said.

The plant is HIL's first in Uttar Pradesh and aims to cater to the Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Nepal markets.
