Analjit Singh files probate

Ranbaxy founder Bhai Mohan Singh's youngest son and Max Healthcare Chairman, Mr Analjit Singh, the biggest beneficiary of the will, on Monday filed a probate at the Tis Hazari Courts in the Capital.

According to the probate, Bhai Mohan Singh executed his last will and testament in August 2005 and it was registered in November of the same year.

According to reports in the media, the will has been contested by Bhai Mohan Singh's grandsons Mr Malvinder Singh and Mr Shivinder Singh, owners of Ranbaxy and Fortis, and his eldest son Mr Manjit Singh.
