THE VOLATILITY SHOWS: It's a dull day for the vendor selling IPO applications in Kolkata on Wednesday as there are no takers. The highly bearish and volatile secondary market has left the primary capital market struggling. The IPOs and follow-on issues of some companies that entered the market at this juncture have tough time getting full subscription. The issues of Deccan Aviation and Gangotri Textiles have sailed through, but not comfortably.
