Mumbai, May 25

Some of the multiplexes have decided to screen the film Fanaa following negotiations with Yashraj Films, the producer of the film. Multiplex companies including Adlabs Films, PVR and Cinemax have agreed to screen the film from Friday. It is likely that other multiplexes would also screen the film. According to an official at Adlabs, the company would be screening 8-10 shows in each of its cinemas at regular ticket pricing. "Our arrangement with the producers is at the old revenue share agreement,'' said the official but did not specify what the share ratio was.

Yashraj Films had sought a higher revenue share of 55 per cent from multiplexes for Fanaa as compared to the normal share of 48 per cent. The film in which Aamir Khan and Kajol appear in lead roles is being released across India on Friday with 650 prints.
