The Hindu Business Line : Rs 263 cr for VSP projects

Visakhapatnam: The Executive Director (Works) of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Mr P.K. Misra, on Friday announced that 15 more environment improvement projects would be taken up in the steel plant at a cost of Rs 263 crore. Inaugurating a seminar on `Towards leadership and excellence in environment management', he exhorted the employees to contribute towards controlling pollution. He appreciated the environmental management department for giving thrust to improve the work zone through the implementation of four major projects.
