Ma Foi forms jt venture with IBD Oman

Chennai, May 26

Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd has formed a joint venture with IBD Oman. In the 70:30 partnership company called Ma Foi Management and Partners LLC, the Chennai-based placement company will have a majority stake, according to a Ma Foi press release. The joint venture company will focus on acquiring large business from oil and gas and infrastructure industries. It will also partner with the Government of Oman to improve and enhance employability of Omani youth through career skills training programmes. Mr T. Raj Kumar would head the Oman operations as CEO, the release said.For the first quarter ended March 31, 2006, Ma Foi reported net revenues of Rs 19.93 crore (Rs 12.39 crore).
