Mango show in Hyderabad

The Andhra Pradesh Horticulture Department is going to organise a three-day exclusive `Mango show' beginning June 1, putting on display over 200 varieties. Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, Mr Anil Punetha, Commissioner of Horticulture, said the show was aimed at popularising a host of mango varieties. Some varieties would also be sold at reasonable prices. Marking the show, the Department would also organise a seminar on `Good agricultural practices and post harvest management to tap export potential.' The seminar would be held on June 2. - Our Bureau
