Decision soon on a branch in US, UK or Singapore

The Kolkata-headquartered Genius Consultants Ltd, a human resources consultancy organisation, is firming up plans to extend its footprint outside the shores of India.

The company will soon decide whether to set up a presence in the US, the UK or Singapore, according to Mr R.P. Yadav, Managing Director.

Speaking to newspersons here, Mr Yadav said the proposed overseas branch would facilitate outsourcing of human resources from that country into India and vice-versa. "The focus in the days ahead would be in generating and sourcing HR for select verticals such as IT, ITES, retail, mutual funds, FMCG and healthcare.
