Software Info-Tech - Outlook TCS bets big on innovation Our Bureau

Chennai , May 31 Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has moved from doing innovation within the organisation to partnering with global emerging technology companies and jointly going to the market with innovative technologies. According to Mr Ananth Krishnan, Chief Technology Officer, TCS, the Innovation Initiative, which is owned by the TCS Corporate Technology Office (CTO), will enable, govern and invest in sustaining as well as disruptive innovation. . The CTO will govern ongoing investment in internal research and development, collaboration with TCS Partner Ecosystem, including emerging technology companies in Silicon Valley, around Boston (Cambridge, MIT and Harvard belt), Israel, London belt (Cambridge and Oxford), Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad belt and use the China capabilities, he said.
