The allotment committee of board of directors of Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd at its meeting held on Friday has allotted 72,608 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up at a conversion price of Rs 75 per share to Kuvera Fund Ltd in lieu of foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs), the company informed the stock exchanges.
