The five core groups of the Oversight Committee on IITs, IIMs, Central universities, agriculture universities and health institutions will submit their reports by July 31, according to its Chairman, Mr M. Veerappa Moily. The Government has constituted the Oversight Committee to find a solution for expanding seats in Centrally-funded institutions. Addressing presspersons here on Saturday, Mr Moily said that the Oversight Committee would work on the theme of `expansion, inclusion and excellence' in higher education. The committee would submit a comprehensive report to the Government by August 31. In this regard, a meeting of the members of the committee would be held on June 8.
