New Delhi , June 5

The Director, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC), Mr Rakesh Saxena, has said that there is scope for running a second luxury train like the `Palace on Wheels', which is now fully booked till 2010.

Addressing a meeting organised by the Indian Association of Tour Operators, Mr Saxena suggested that the operation of such luxury trains should not be confined to one State only, but extended to cover regional tourism circuits.

Further, the IRCTC Director felt that there was scope for public-private partnership in such ventures.
