SJS, Serigraph in joint venture

Mumbai, June 6

SJS Enterprises and Serigraph Inc, USA, have signed a joint venture in the branding industry arena. Serigraph will pick up stake in SJS Enterprises India. SJS and Serigraph hope to explore and expand into virgin markets across the globe, a news release said.
