Reliance Capital to shift regd office

Mumbai, June 12

Reliance Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors of the company at the annual general meeting held on June 9 has approved the proposal to shift the registered office of the company from Gujarat to Maharashtra. At the meeting, Mr Anil Ambani was re-appointed as director of the company retiring by rotation. Mr Udayan Bose and Mr C.P. Jain were appointed as directors of the company and Mr V.R. Mohan as company secretary and manager of the company. Shares of Reliance Capital fell by Rs 19.55 to Rs 380.95 on the BSE.
